Champagne Cake
1 Package Duncan Hines White Cake mix
Raspberry jam ( seedless )
Champagne
Red food color
Mix the cake according to package directions, substitute
3/4 of the liquid for champagne and tint pink with a few
drops of red food color. Bake according to package
directions. After the cakes are cooled spread a generous
layer of raspberry jam between the layers and frost with
your favorite butter cream frosting tinted pink also.
You can add 3 tablespoons of champagne to the butter
cream frosting as well for added decant flavor. Serve
with fresh raspberries as a garnish.
