Scalloped Corn
1 Beaten Egg
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cracker Crumbs
1 can Cream Style Corn ( 16 oz or 2 cups )
1/4 cup Finley Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
Mix egg, milk, 2/3 cup crumbs, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and
dash of pepper. Stir in corn and onion. Turn into a
1-quart casserole. Toss melted butter with remaining
cracker crumbs and sprinkle on top of the corn mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes. Serves 6
