Pineapple Stuffing


Delicious with a ham dinner. An easy side dish for Thanksgiving.

1 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
7 slices of bread - cubed, crusts removed
20-oz. can pineapple, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray casserole with non-stick spray. Melt butter in casserole. Add eggs, sugar, bread and pineapple. Stir lightly to coat bread. Bake for 1 hour.
