Broccoli Walnut Casserole
3 (16 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
6 Tbsp. margarine, divided
1/4 Cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 Cups Milk
2/3 Cup water
2 Cups herb flavor stuffing mix
2/3 Cup chopped walnuts
Place broccoli in 2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam. In
a saucepan melt 2 tablespoons margarine and stir in
flour and bouillon, mix well. Gradually add milk,
stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Pour over broccoli. Combine water and remaining 4
tablespoons margarine in small saucepan, heating until
margarine melts. Place stuffing mix and walnuts in bowl;
stir in melted margarine and mix well.Spoon or sprinkle
stuffing mixture over broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 400
degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
