Apple Onion Turkey Stuffing

5 tablespoon butter
1 cup onion, diced
2 cup bread, crumbs
2 pippin apples; chopped
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 cup almonds; chopped
In frying pan, melt butter and sauté onions until they
are clear. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the
onion mix. Add apples and wine. Return to pan and cook 5
minutes longer. Add the remaining ingredients Stuff into
turkey neck and body cavities.
