Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce

4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and heat in microwave or in a saucepan to blend. Great with chicken or game hens.

Use as a glaze the last 1/2 of cooking and pass as a sauce at the table.
