Mediterranean Greek Salad


1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Powder with Parsley
3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped
3 to 4 medium tomatoes, cored & coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
1 can (6 oz.) Greek olives, pitted OR 1 can (6 oz.) pitted ripe olives

In sealable container, combine first five ingredients; cover and shake until blended. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, cheese and olives. Pour on dressing. Chill 30 minutes.
