Italian Pasta Ring
8 eggs
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
2/3 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
1 cup finely chopped ham
3/4 cup finely chopped salami
1/3 cup sweet butter, melted
1 to 2 Tbsp. pepper or to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a 12-cup Bundt
pan. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in ham, salami,
Mozzarella cheese, grated cheese, parsley, melted butter
and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cook spaghetti until
barely tender and drain. Add to the egg mixture and toss
until all spaghetti is coated. Turn into the prepared
Bundt pan and press mixture down to smooth top. Bake for
45 minutes or until mixture is set and top is slightly
brown with a crust. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 to 10
minutes and run a sharp around edges of pan. Let cool a
little longer and invert onto platter. Chill overnight
or a few hours before serving.
Slice thin to serve.
