Jazzed-Up Deli Pasta Salad


Any creamy deli pasta salad would be great with these additions.

Look for lower fat pasta salads if they are available.

3/4 pound (2 cups) deli smoked turkey, cubed 3/4-inch
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/3 cup chopped red onion
4 ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKESŪ Cheddar Cheese, cubed
1 pint (2 cups) deli pasta salad with creamy dressing*
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mixed salad greens, if desired
Combine all ingredients except salad greens in large serving bowl; mix well.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve over salad greens.
Makes 5 (1 1/3 cup) servings.

*Substitute chicken or turkey pasta salad with creamy dressing.
