Bow
Tie & Swiss Salad
8 ounces (4 cups) uncooked dried bow tie pasta (farfel)
3 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, trimmed
1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
4 ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKESŪ Swiss Cheese, cut into
2x1/4-inch pieces
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with
cold water. Drain.
Toss together cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients
in large bowl. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
