Magical Biscuits
Pampered Chef - Heart of the Home
1 3/4 cups flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1 cup whipping cream
Preheat the oven to 450. Mix the flour, baking powder
and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Shake the whipping
cream vigorously. Add to the flour mixture, stirring
until a soft dough forms. Pat the dough 1/2 inch thick
on a lightly floured surface. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit
cutter. Arrange 1 inch apart on a lightly greased 11 x
17 inch baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve immediately.
