1 small Can of Apple juice
2 Chipotle peppers -- (dried or canned)
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
4 Cloves Garlic -- (Large cloves)
2 Tablespoons Jalapeno Jelly
1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Ancho chile Powder
Freshly ground pepper
Put everything in a blender and buzz. Marinate Pork
Chops overnight or longer.
