Asian Ginger Lime Marinade

Excellent with sea scallops or shrimp-enough for 1½ lbs.

6 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp hot chili sauce
3 Tbsp fish sauce
3 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
3 Tbsp Hoisin sauce

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Place seafood in a single layer in a shallow glass dish. Add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes. Grill or broil as desired.
