Achiote Marinade
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons Achiote paste
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
salt and black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight glass
container in the refrigerator.
Works great on all kinds of beef.
