2 cup Olive oil
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Bay leaves
3 dashes Tabasco
1/2 cup Tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive
oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, curry powder, bay
leaves, lemon juice, and Tabasco. Mix well and use as a
24-hour marinade on beef. Barbecue, stir fry or oven
bake as desired.
