White Feather Cottage Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground chuck or sirloin, kept cold
2 eggs
15-20 Keebler club crackers, crushed
2/3 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Heinz 57
1 tsp A-1 Steak Sauce
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper, optional
In a large mixing bowl, crumble burger. Add all
remaining ingredients and mix well using hands. Press
into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to
1 hour or until meatloaf center reaches 170°. Remove
from oven and let set 3-5 minutes before slicing.
