Family Favorite Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes �Red Hot� sauce
1 lg. eggs
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 dashes salt, optional

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in an 8×10 inch loaf or cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from over, cut criss-crosses across the top. Drizzle with ketchup.

Let sit for 15 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
