Salmon Spinach Loaf
1 15 oz can salmon
1 pkg frozen spinach, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Drain and clean the salmon; thaw and drain the spinach,
combine spinach and salmon. Add seasonings. Mix. Place
in a 6 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes
at 350 degrees.
