Coconut Fruit Bowl
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup Thompson seedless grapes
1 cup tiny marshmallows
1 can (3-1/2 ounces) flaked coconut
2 cups dairy sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine first five ingredients. Stir in sour cream and
salt. Chill overnight.
Can be garnished with a light
sprinkling of coconut and maraschino cherries.
