Easter Pork Chops
6 thick-cut pork chops
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup catsup
1-1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
1/2 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tsp. soy sauce
Place unsalted chops in a baking dish or pan. Make a
sauce of remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake,
uncovered, at 350º F. for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
