Slow cooker Beef In Beer

Serves 8 to 10

1 (12 ounce) can of beer
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 envelope of brown gravy mix or you could use Marmite or Bisto
1/3 cup plain or all-purpose flour
21/2 to 3 pounds round steak, cut in 11/2 inch cubes

Slow cooker set on low: cook for 8 hours

In a slow cooker, mix together the beef, soup mix and gravy mix.
In a plastic bag shake the steak cubes in the flour.
Empty bag contents into the slow cooker
and gently stir to coat the meat with the liquid
Cover and cook. Serve with cooked noodles.
