Bahama Mama Crockpot Ribs

2 lbs pork ribs, cut into 4 inch pieces
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp ground mustard
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup water
Combine spices in small bowl. Rub ribs with mixture.
Place ribs in crockpot and cover with water. Cover and
cook on low 8 hours. When ribs are done, remove them
from slow cooker and discard liquid. Add ribs and BBQ
sauce to crockpot. Cover and cook on low 1 hour.
Makes: 4 servings
