Strawberry Sour Cream Bread


2-1/3 cups Bisquick® mix
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chopped strawberries

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour a loaf pan. Mix all but berries and nuts. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Stir in berries and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
