Joyce'S Brown Sugar Rib Rub
4 cups
packed brown sugar
4 tbsp.
Club House Spicy Mesquite
1 tbsp.
cumin
2 tbsp.
chili powder
1 tbsp.
garlic salt
Preheat
over to 250°
Combine
all ingredients together & store in a air tight
container or a freezer bag. Rub generously on both sides
of your ribs*. Wrap each slab separately in heavy duty
foil & place on cookie sheets (two strips per sheet).
Place in preheated oven & slow cook 2/12 to 3 hours.
Remove from oven & let ribs sit till you are ready to
grill. Remove from foil & discard any liquids. You are
now ready to grill your ribs with your favourite
barbeque sauce. Ours is Kraft's Brown Sugar BarBQ sauce
or **Kraft Thick n' Spicy Brown Sugar BarBQ sauce
Note: * If you are not
cooking your ribs that day, the ribs can be refrigerated
overnight. The next day remove from frig & let sit till
they become room temperature before cooking.
