Snappy Cocktail Meatballs
Makes 18 (2 meatball) servings.
1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients in large bowl
until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on
foil-lined baking pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until
cooked through. Serve with a Honey Mustard Sauce.
