I found this recipe It is from a 1989 issue of Better Homes and Gardens,

and it was a prize winning recipe. It's delicious!!

1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 tbls. mayo, or salad dressing
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. smoked Kielbasa (Polish sausage), finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions

Fresh vegetable dippers, assorted crackers, and/or rye bread cubes

In a 11/2 qt. microwave safe dish micro-cook cream cheese, uncovered on high about 1 minute, or until soft. Stir in the sour cream, milk, mayo or salad dressing, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the kielbasa, half the onion, and parmesan cheese; stir. Cook uncovered, on high for 2 to 4 min, or till heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle with remaining onion. Serve with crackers, veggies, or rye bread. Makes 21/2 cups.
