Crab
Melt-a-Ways
6 English muffins
1 (7) oz. can crab-meat, drained
1 stick of margarine
1 (7) oz. jar “Cheese Whiz”
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Split muffins at center and cut each section in half.
Mix remaining ingredients with an electric mixer until
light. Spread mixture on muffins and place on a cookie
sheet. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil and place pan of muffins in
broiler until the tops are puffed and slightly golden
brown. Watch carefully as it only takes a few minutes.
Serve immediately.
